About Me

I have always been into the arts in various forms, mostly in music, but I have done pottery and other forms of painting previously.

At the start of 2025 I decided to finally give alcohol inks a try, They had been on my radar for many years and was always drawn to the vibrant colours and organic shapes you can create with them. My first works were created on yupo paper, a synthetic material which does not absorb the ink, this is a staple of the of the alcohol ink world it seems.

I also started experimenting with different surfaces, turns out inks work well on certain solid non-porous material. You can see some an examples from my personal collection, on this page is a sublimation photo slate I have painted (Inked?) over. Currently I am working on incorperating hand made pottery into my abstract designs, so I shall see where this creative journey takes me…
